Default Successor To The ix Series?

Any word on when there will be a new range of processors to replace the ix CPUs? And any details on what performance might be like?

Indeed they are. Standard base clock of 100mhz is directly linked to onboard devices so a 5mhz increase is out of the question. to get around this inrtel will have "K" series with unlocked multis and the uber high end X parts... Joy..
