its crap i what it is mate, got ripped off by some 16 yer old chav, dons wont do a single thing wont even ban him till i get a refund. offerd to post the broken item to a don to prove how knackerd it is aswell, i even mentioned it when trying to buy another laptop and my comments were removed.

I must admit that i've been surprised by OcUK myself recently, even shopped around for prices for my new rig and they were the cheapest let alone the only place that I could buy it all from...

Scan are next to useless although reasonably cheap, novatech are just a joke for prices, aria are coming along but still too expensive and eBuyer seem to have completely lost the plot with multiple listings of the same item at different prices and all of them 10% more than they should be...

I have had issues with OcUK myself in the past but it looks like they might be returning to the way they were about 10+ years back which can only be a good thing.
