heatsyncs off, just about to start prepping for cold
 putty applied to just under the CPU, before ive had bad mounts where the upper CPU part wasnt getting covered by the EVAP  heat syncs back on, now onto the back of the mobo  putty applied once again to the back  added shop towel and the neoprene and backplate  added neoprene to the other side of the mobo, also mobo put onto a mobo tray and added hardware  now time to mount and overclock once again

pretty quick, but now i have more ram i can kiss goodbye to the high overclock i got before (5.5GHz) so im going to have to sacrifice some RAM for a higher clock

i have 16GB atm, which is so nice to have avail but when i OC'd to 5.5 i was using 8GB, so i may drop back to 8GB and then go on from there

Do you notice much of a difference when your using the 16Gb over the 8Gb??

well they were different kits, so yeah there was a difference, but no, no performance difference coming from 8GB to 16GB, it just nice to have all that space

I'm only just getting used to having 6Gb of ram let alone when I get my Sandy Bridge running with 8Gb
