Please find below our shipping and returns policy. Each of the shipping options is summarised for your convenience. Please take note of the insurance values of each shipping band as this will affect your claimable amount should the item get lost during transit.

UK MAINLAND

Royal Mail 1st Class - upto 2kg.

This option is normally delivered next day, however Royal Mail does not guarantee this. Most deliveries arrive next day based on our experience.

1st class normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3:30pm.

Please note the MAXIMUM value of compensation claimable on this option is £ 36. Please bear this in mind when picking your shipping option.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - upto 1kg.

This option is normally delivered within 2-3 days and is marginally cheaper than 1st Class. This service is usually used when items are not urgently required.

2nd class normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3:30pm.

Please note the MAXIMUM value of compensation claimable on this option is £ 36. Please bear this in mind when picking your shipping option.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - upto 2kg.

This option is normally delivered within 1-2 days and is trackable via the Royal Mail website. Most deliveries arrive next day based on our experience.

1st class recorded normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3:30pm.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - upto 2kg.

This option is guaranteed to be delivered next working day after despatch. If not, we can claim back the cost of postage and refund to you - please contact us if you require us to file a claim. The service is insured upto £ 500 normally but more insurance can be added. If you choose this service and your order is over £ 500, Chilled PC will cover the cost of the extra insurance for peace of mind. All tracking details for this service are supplied upon despatch of your order.

Special Delivery normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 4pm.

DHL 48 Hour

This option is guarenteed to be delivered within two working days of despatch. Most deliveries arrive next day based on our experience. . The service is insured upto the value of the order. Please ensure you check the goods prior to signing for them, as if they are signed for then appear to be damaged upon closer inspection it can be hard to convince the courier company that you did not damage the item yourself.

DHL normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 11:30am - this is due to a DHL imposed cut off time - after which we are unable to book sameday collections. Please ensure to order the day before you want the items to despatch to ensure they get despatched.

UPS Next Working Day

This option guarentees delivery on the next working day from the day its shipped. Sameday despatch is available up until 2-3:30pm, depending when pickup from UPS occurs. This can vary day to day but is normally 3:30pm.

Please contact us if you are unsure if you have missed the cutoff and then we can arrange alternate delivery options.

Chilled PC Free Delivery on orders over £ 150

We offer a free delivery service if your order is over £ 150. This service is UK MAINLAND only, however on large orders we can accomodate discount shipping for international customers.

This service is normally despatched via UPS as most orders over £ 150 are too heavy for Royal Mail and their services dont cover the full order value against loss or damage. On some occasions we may use alternate shipping for orders over £ 150. Please note the free shipping does NOT apply on any cases, this is due to the weight and size.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Royal Mail (standard) Airmail - upto 2kg

This option is normally delivered within 7 days, however Royal Mail does not guarentee this.

Royal Mail (standard) Airmail normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3:30pm. Please note this is not a trackable service

Royal Mail (Priority) Airmail - upto 2kg

This option is normally delivered within 7 days, however Royal Mail does not guarentee this.

Royal Mail (standard) Airmail normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3:30pm. This service is trackable and requires a signature on delivery.

Please note the MAXIMUM value of compensation claimable on this option is £ 36. Please bear this in mind when picking your shipping option. If you wish to add more insurance to this service it can be arranged as long as you contact us first!

Shipping costs above £ 20

If your shipping cost is above £ 20 then your order will be despatched via DHL or FEDEX. This is because your order is over 2kg in weight and does not qualify for the Royal Mail shipping options. This also means the shipping will be insured to the value of the order.

If you have a large order, please contact us first and we will gladly try to help out to lower the shipping cost as the order is of a high value - this is similar to the free shipping option for orders over £ 150, we can allow small discounts on your shipping fee iif you order is over this amount.

RETURNS POLICY

You must follow these instructions for us to process your return smoothly.

• Send us an email using our "Contact Us" page, please make sure you fill out the form with your order reference number.
• We aim to answer your query within 48hrs from the time it was sent, and supply you with a returns reference number and/or full information about what you should do next.
• Customers will be asked to pay for the return postage themselves, unless this is within 14 days of your purchase. All returns MUST be a signed for delivery service with full shipping insurance. Chilled PC will not be liable for goods which may be lost or damaged in transit on there return path. We reserve the right to decline goods which are not sent by an insured and safe delivery service resulting in the parcel arriving back with you.
• Our Returns address can be found on the "Contact Us" page . Any goods which are not returned to this address will not be accepted resulting in the parcel arriving back with you. This will only slow down your Returns Claim.
• Once the item is on the return path back to us, please contact us with your Postal Information and Tracking number of your returned item(s).
• Please allow 5 Working days for your returned item to arrive here safely.
• Sit back, Be patient and we will contact you within 24hrs of receiving your goods.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only be able to accept the product return if..

• The Item has its original packaging and is free from damage.
• The Item is faulty or damaged and you wish to return for repair / replacement.
• The Item is complete and with all accessories where applicable.
• The Item is within 14 days of the original purchase and does not compromise the conditions above.
  

All returns which are found to be "not faulty" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee when refunded.
